Trust marks

How this registration appears in the wild.

// Consumer-facing
Protected by Ghostables
The customer-facing mark — typically placed in a site footer or login screen. Clicking it returns visitors to this page.
// B2B / compliance
Ghostables Certified
The formal mark used in partner brochures, vendor questionnaires, and compliance evidence packs.
Continuous verification

Not a moment-in-time audit.

Traditional certifications expire the day after the audit. Ghostables' integrity layer pings in continuously — this registration only stays valid for as long as the live system genuinely meets the standard. The moment it stops, this page changes.

What this means

The standard, applied to its own house.

Personal data is sealed before storage

Names, emails, addresses, form submissions and other personal data are encrypted before they reach the database. Only authorised reads at the application layer get plaintext.

A database breach exposes nothing useful

An attacker who walks away with a copy of the database walks away with ciphertext. Customer records cannot be reconstructed without keys the database itself does not hold.

A compromised account only exposes that account

Each user's data is isolated under a separate key. A single leaked password compromises one record set, not the entire database. There is no master view that exposes everyone at once.

Records cannot be silently altered

Every change to protected data is linked to the previous change. If someone modified or removed historic records, the chain would break and the tampering would be visible to auditors and to the registry.

Active defence against attackers

Continuous scanning for newly-disclosed vulnerabilities, perimeter blocking of brute-force attempts, masked admin login surface and tamper-evident logging of every defensive action.

About Ghostables. Ghostables Ltd is a UK security company. We publish The Ghostables Standard, build the cryptographic infrastructure that meets it, run the certification programme that verifies it, and operate the registry that powers this trust mark. Customers can independently confirm a registration's status at any time — not just once per annual audit. Learn more at ghostables.io.
